Professional Moving Services Across UAE

Welcome to Home to Home Movers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our moving services across the United Arab Emirates. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Important: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Home to Home Movers, you enter into a service agreement with us. This agreement includes:

  • The agreed scope of moving services
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Scheduling details
  • Any special requirements or conditions

2. Booking and Cancellation

All moving services require a confirmed booking. You may cancel your booking subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled move: No cancellation fee
  • Cancellation between 24-48 hours before the scheduled move: 30% of the quoted price
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled move: 50% of the quoted price
  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the quoted price

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on the scope of work, distance, and any additional services requested. We provide transparent quotes with no hidden charges. Payment terms are as follows:

  • A 20% deposit is required to confirm booking (for large moves)
  • Balance payment is due upon completion of the move
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
  • Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original quote

4. Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about items to be moved
  • Ensure all items are properly packed or ready for moving
  • Be present during the move or appoint a representative
  • Ensure clear access to pickup and delivery locations
  • Secure any necessary parking permits or building permissions

5. Liability and Insurance

Home to Home Movers takes utmost care in handling your belongings. Our liability is subject to the following:

  • We provide basic liability coverage for all moves
  • Additional insurance can be purchased for valuable items
  • We are not liable for damage to improperly packed items
  • Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • We are not responsible for items not listed in the inventory

6. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport the following items:

  • Flammable or explosive materials
  • Illegal substances or items
  • Perishable food items (unless specially packed)
  • Live plants or animals (except by prior arrangement)
  • Cash, jewelry, or valuable documents (should be transported personally)

7. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Traffic congestion or road closures
  • Labor disputes or strikes
  • Government restrictions or regulations
  • Acts of God or other force majeure events

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to the appropriate legal authorities in the United Arab Emirates.

9. Changes to Terms

Home to Home Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
